# What You Need:
→ Casserole Base
01 - 2 cans (8 ounces each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
02 - 2 cans (15 ounces each) sliced peaches in syrup, drained
03 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
→ Topping
07 - Icing from cinnamon roll packages
08 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
# How To Make:
01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or nonstick spray.
02 - Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters. Set icing packets aside for application after baking.
03 - Combine drained peach slices, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract in a large mixing bowl. Gently toss to coat the fruit evenly.
04 - Arrange half of the cinnamon roll pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish. Distribute half of the peach mixture over the dough.
05 - Repeat with the remaining cinnamon roll pieces and the rest of the peach mixture. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top.
06 - Bake in the center of the oven for 35 to 40 minutes until the cinnamon rolls are fully cooked and the top is golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Drizzle the reserved cinnamon roll icing evenly over the casserole and, if using, sprinkle with chopped pecans.
08 - Serve the casserole warm, either on its own or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream if desired.
